Important notice from State Bar Councilor

In the uncertain banking environment in which we now find ourselves, many lawyers across the state have concerns about their responsibilities with regard to their trust accounts, especially as it relates to the level of FDIC insurance protection afforded such accounts. Bruno DeMolli, of the State Bar has authored an article addressing these concerns that appeared in a recent edition of the State Bar Journal.
