The meeting was called to order at approximately 12:45 p.m.

A.    By-law Changes
A discussion was held on the proposal to amend the By laws.  Bob Deutsch made a motion, which was seconded by Scott Carter, to adopt the proposal.  Following further discussion the question was called.  The motion passed 52 in favor to 4 against.

b.    Dues Increase
A discussion was held on the proposal to increase the dues.  Vic Garlock made a motion, which was seconded by Bob Deutsch, to adopt the proposal.  Following further discussion the question was called.  The motion passed 56 in favor to 6 against.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 1:30 p.m.
