Minutes of Monthly Meeting of the 28th Judicial District Bar
April 14, 2004

1:00    President Reidinger called the meeting to order

Guests were introduced (Dan Hitchcock and Kay Ansley) and the judiciary (Judges Cogburn, Dameron, Winner and Young) were acknowledged.

New business and announcements were requested.

Issue:  Bylaws changes were discussed.  Motion to Ratify the Question made by Herbert Hyde and Seconded by Landon Roberts.  Motion carried unanimously.  The amended Bylaws are attached.

Speakers:  Honorable Allyson Duncan, 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, President North Carolina Bar Association.
