Don’t miss the video replay of this informative and timely program which was held live in June 2010. The program includes analysis of Padilla by Wake Forest University Law Professor Margaret H. Taylor.  A panel of immigration and criminal practitioners discusses the potential practical effects of Padilla on the immigration consequences of crimes.  And then, perhaps most importantly, Hans Christian Linnartz leads a panel of immigration and criminal practitioners discussing the ethical implications raised by Padilla. This panel addresses the potential for ineffective assistance of counsel claims against both criminal defense and immigration lawyers.
